CyberNanny provides a family safety platform that includes:
- Communication Monitoring: AI-powered analysis of digital communications to detect potential threats such as online grooming or scam attempts
- Alert System: Notifications to designated family members when potential threats are detected
- Call Analysis: Monitoring of phone calls to protect elderly family members from phone scams
- Reporting: Summaries and reports about detected threats and communication patterns
The Service is designed to be used by families to protect children from online predators and elderly family members from scams. The Service requires consent from all monitored individuals or their legal guardians.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. CyberNanny will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to monitor individuals without their knowledge or consent (where consent is legally required)
- Use the Service to stalk, harass, or harm any person
- Use the Service for any purpose other than protecting family members
- Share your account access with unauthorized parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
4.2 Consent Requirements
Important: You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before using the Service to monitor any individual's communications. This includes:
- Minors: Parental or guardian consent for monitoring children's communications
- Adults: Informed consent from the adult being monitored (including elderly family members)
- Employees: The Service is not intended for employee monitoring
Failure to obtain proper consent may violate applicable laws and will result in termination of your account.
4.3 Reporting Abuse
If the Service detects potential child exploitation or abuse, you may be legally obligated to report such activity to law enforcement. CyberNanny may also report suspected child exploitation to appropriate authorities as required by law.
5. Subscription and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
The Service is offered through various subscription plans as described on our website. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
5.2 Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated
- We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
- You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription
5.3 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel during the trial at any time.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
- Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CyberNanny and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
6.3 Restrictions

- Use the Service to develop a competing product

- Transfer your license to any other party

Important: While CyberNanny is designed to detect potential threats, no technology is perfect. The Service may not detect all threats, and false positives may occur. The Service is intended to supplement, not replace, parental supervision and judgment.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERNANNY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any damages resulting from interruption or cessation of the Service
- Any damages resulting from third-party conduct or content
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberNanny, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy rights
- Your failure to obtain required consents for monitoring
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach these Terms
- We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- We are required to do so by law
- You fail to pay applicable fees
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
12.4 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

- Sending you an email notification
Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CyberNanny regarding the Service.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
